What makes us different?
In most cases services rendered by accounting companies are oriented only at the area related to taxes. Therefore, clients receive information concerning the amount of tax and other similar levies. The area of reporting is disregarded or dealt with only partially. The reason for doing so is very simple, namely the process of streamlining and reporting in terms of taxes is almost the same in every company. Thanks to this, accounting companies may perform their services in an expedient manner. Consequently, clients do not receive information necessary to manage the company and need to, at their own efforts, generate such data devoting their time.
While cooperating with large companies with foreign equity we learnt that it does not need to look this way. For companies reporting is as important. Information for both purposes may be simultaneously recorded which requires to understand the company's business model and processes which occur there.
In our work we devote a lot of time to understand the manner in which our Clients' companies operate and the needs of the Clients in order to organize bookkeeping processes in a manner allowing for the provision of necessary information as much as practicable.
In particular, we pay attention to the analysis of sales and margin in order to know by whom and in what share the company's revenues are generated. We also focus on the analysis of costs, determination of their contingency and growth rate in relation to changes in sales as well as the need to establish provisions, if any. Thanks to this, financial statements prepared by us reflect the situation in a respective company for a respective period in the best possible manner.
