Michał Koterba- Director of Credo
He graduated from WSBFiZ (School of Banking, Finance and Management) and Warsaw School of Economics where he studied at the Faculty of Accounting and Management. He has a 10-year experience in rendering bookkeeping services to small and medium sized enterprises. Up to present he has gained knowledge in issues related to accounting, reporting and taxes.
In 2005 – 2010 he held a position of the finance director in Goldbach Audience Sp. z o.o.(former ARBOmedia Sp. z o.o.). As a result of working in that capacity he thoroughly learnt all the issues related to the Polish media market.
He was also responsible for preparing and auditing financial statements in accordance with the Accounting Act. He prepared financial statements in English for the companies in accordance with the IFRS.
He was responsible for process development and control in the company (with particular focus on the flow of financial information), cash flow control and debt collection, CRM system implementation, process mapping in ARBOmedia Sp. z o.o.
He contributed to the development of BCP procedures in compliance with the requirements of SWX Swiss Exchange in Zurich and carried out Due Diligence.
He speaks English fluently.
