The area of Personnel and Payroll includes maintenance of personal files of statutory employees, calculation of taxes and social insurance levies as well as preparation of PIT and Social Insurance Institution returns. It does not include recruitment, medical examination, trainings in occupational health and safety at work, record files, leaves and other duties imposed on an employer.

 

Recording a transaction means each invoice, receipt, domestic invoice or any other accounting document  (including documents attached to collective documents such as cash reports, reconciliation of advances, reconciliation of business trips, etc.), adjustments of invoices, receipts or any other accounting document as well as a banking transaction. Certain documents may cover a few recordings, e.g. settlement of costs according to transactions to which they relate.
